Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition, prospect and build a pipeline of new business, acquire high-touch, high-value business agreements, and deliver consistently against goals while prioritizing an outstanding experience for Google’s advertisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with clients in the region
- 2 years of business development or new business sales experience
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution
- Experience with the zero-to-one process: identifying prospects, managing the funnel, and securing the win
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients
