As a Compensation Analyst, you will be working closely with other Compensation Analysts, managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting teams to solve compensation-related business problems, and make large-scale, data-driven decisions that impact Googlers in a meaningful way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in analytical human resources, investment banking, management consulting, or similar analytical role.
- Experience using analytical methods, tools, and mathematical concepts to identify, design, recommend, and implement compensation solutions.
