• Exceptional end to end project management skills
• Ability to throttle
• Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
• Natural problem solving skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events at different stages
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Interest or experience in science and innovative technology
• Minimum 8 years of experience in events leadership
