As a Field Sales Manager (FSM) within Startups, you will lead a team of FSRs to drive high performance, transformation, and strategic partnership with customers. You will coach them to be consultative sellers and provide the skills and resources to exceed quotas and maximize account value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company
- Leadership experience (people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching)
- Experience working with Startups or digital native organizations
- Experience managing commercial negotiations and agreements
- Experience with performance management and business cycles
