Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching new programs or pilots in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with commercial strategy to navigate challenging dynamics.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with effective business acumen.

India and the surrounding markets represent a critical focus area of growth for Geo Makers. The India GTM lead will be responsible for driving in-region initiatives to drive adoption of our products, building relationships with the Google local teams to expand impact, and represent local understanding and feedback to our Product and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer-facing programs through leadership, organization, and management.
- Partner with Product teams to drive product improvements and program changes that support the business goals.
- Support field marketing and demand generation activities to ensure successful landings post-launch.
- Collate and gather customer insights from stakeholders to inform product roadmap and planning.
- Identify and implement improvements through change management and performance tracking.
