The Head of Strategic Partner Development, Glasses Program Partnerships role is responsible for driving ODM and non-eyewear channel partnerships to bring high quality XR/AI Glasses to market. The role will lead a newly created team pod and establish deep relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to identify, align, and execute on XR platform opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
  • Experience in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in the XR (Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR)/Mixed Reality (MR) space or experience in deep product, technical and business subject matter
  • Ability to develop in ambiguous, uncertain dynamics and creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills on technical, contractual and financial issues

Benefits

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
