Policy Specialist, gTech Ads Customer Experience: Provide high-quality customer support, manage troubleshooting tasks, and resolve issues for Google’s advertisers and sales teams, agencies & partners. Work on strategic projects, analyze data, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role
  • Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field
