We’re seeking a Startups Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Sales Representatives in driving revenue and winning new customers for Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales and a strong track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company
- Experience engaging and building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Experience in leadership, including people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
