Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in business development, partner management, or brand partnerships
- Fluent communication in Mandarin and English
- Experience working directly with advertising agencies, brands, and content creators
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Experience in contractual and financial discussions
- Understanding of the brand deals and influencer marketing landscape
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
