Strategy and Operations Senior Manager, GTM, Retail. Lead GTM sales strategy and execution for LCS Retail Specialist teams, driving Retail strategy through annual planning and cross-functional collaboration with GTM and partner teams. Manage and mentor a team of Product Specialist GTMers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment preferred.
  • Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams or working with the retail industry preferred.
  • Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners required.
  • Ability to build, lead, and manage teams, as well as manage multiple projects with a broad range of executive internal and external stakeholders simultaneously required.
