The Strategy Enablement Manager will serve as a strategic partner to GPO pillars and pillar leadership, developing and helping drive GPO’s multi-year strategic roadmap to drive digital transformation, enhance organizational capabilities, and incubate strategic initiatives to create value for the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or related field
- 6 years of experience in procurement, planning, or related fields
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Experience with project management, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies
- MBA or Master’s Degree in related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and strategies
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
