Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Polish)

As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products by guiding them through the technical facets of their Cloud transformation journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, tech-adjacent role, or IT consulting
  • Experience in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently
  • Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Business field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer)
  • Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, channel partners, or external stakeholders
