As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products by guiding them through the technical facets of their Cloud transformation journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, tech-adjacent role, or IT consulting
- Experience in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently
- Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Business field, or equivalent practical experience
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer)
- Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, channel partners, or external stakeholders
