As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products, driving customer adoption and leading the implementation journey. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, plan for customer events and launches, and advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, tech-adjacent role, or IT consulting
- Experience in technical support, IT operations, escalation coordination, or cloud technologies
- Fluent communication in English and Polish
