As a Technical Account Manager for Google Workspace, you will drive customer adoption of Google Cloud products, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their Cloud transformation journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8 years of experience in Google Workspace within a customer-facing role
- Experience in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting
- Fluent communication in English and German
