As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will troubleshoot technical problems for customers, make improvements to Google Cloud products, and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues
- 5 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies
- Experience with one or more core programming or scripting languages
- Experience with Linux/Unix or other operating systems
