As an E-Commerce & Retention Assistant, you will learn email marketing, site merchandising, and lifecycle marketing tactics, working closely with e-commerce and retention teams. The role supports two distinct but connected teams focused on site performance, catalog operations, customer engagement, and repeat purchase behavior.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (entering junior or senior year) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or within one year post-graduation.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred), and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, basic charting) and exposure to reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or Klaviyo.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail in copy and design review.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine eagerness to learn in a DTC setting.
