As a Segment Growth Lead at GoTyme, you will be responsible for owning the full commercial performance of your segments, defining and driving the segment strategy, building and scaling growth engines, and executing with ownership. You will work with cross-functional teams to achieve results and continuously assess what is working and what is not.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, segment management, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, digital banking, payments, or high-growth consumer platforms.
- Highly quantitative and data-driven, comfortable using cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and financial modeling to inform decisions.
- Strong commercial judgment, can review partnership contracts and incentive structures, and understand growth economics.
- Structured problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
