This role involves validating, maintaining, and processing bills, deposits, and payments. The specialist will also liaise with Ministries to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance on processing requirements. Collaboration and a strong service orientation are essential.
Requirements
- Validating and creating GoA receivable 1GX documents.
- Reviewing and maintaining Ministry post dated cheques.
- Depositing GoA cheque and cash payments.
- Conducting a thorough review and analysis of received requests.
- Processing additional requirements for non-standard revenue activity.
- Reviewing customers in GoA to confirm account numbers.
- Providing deposits documentation to Ministries.
