Associate, Merchant Operations & Growth (Long-tail Segment)

Grab is Southeast Asia’s leading superapp. The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. This role will play a key role in scaling the GrabMart Long-tail merchant ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Retail Operations, E-commerce, or Merchant Growth
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace (Advanced Sheets/Slides), and data visualization tools
• Proven experience in using Mass Communication channels to drive business actions
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn it into simple, actionable growth plans
