Grab is looking for a Country Head of People Operations to lead their HR team in Vietnam. The role involves managing day-to-day People Operations, providing internal consulting, and driving people-related projects. The ideal candidate has 15 years of HR leadership experience and strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience managing multidisciplinary HR teams
- Deep expertise in HR audit, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting/redesign
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data to derive insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to multitask and complete numerous tasks within deadlines
