Grab is seeking a Merchant Account Manager to grow and manage Enterprise Retail merchant accounts and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) businesses. The role involves establishing and managing strong business relationships with key merchants and FMCG partners to drive their growth and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management or equivalent
- 3 or more years of account management (preferred), sales, business development or partnerships
- Manage conversations with C-level positions and senior stakeholders
- Identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Comfortable with managing data and able to perform analysis
