Grab is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager – Financial Services to lead go-to-market execution for lending and payments products across Southeast Asia. The role will involve overseeing regional GTM execution, driving market enablement and execution excellence, and analyzing performance, insights, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market execution, product marketing, or leading regional campaigns.
- Experience in lending, BNPL, payments, banking, fintech, or other regulated financial products.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market roles.
- Experience working across consumer and partner segments.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders, building consensus and partnerships.
- Proficient in using data to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and design experiments.
- Focuses on nurturing talent, not just managing tasks.
- Responsible for the team’s performance, growth, and morale.
