Grab is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Assistant Manager to join their Commercial Operations team. This role will focus on improving and governing sales processes across Grab’s commercial units, specifically for Grab For Business, GrabAds, and GrabGifts. The position involves leading automation efforts, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data quality within Salesforce CRM and supporting various projects while overseeing contractor teams.
Requirements
- Ensure adherence to sales operations processes and governance frameworks.
- Oversee cross-functional projects for sales process optimization and system integration.
- Govern the usage of Salesforce CRM and coach teams on data quality.
- Lead pre-billing optimization and collaborate with BPIA, GFB, and tech teams.
- Manage billing disputes and improve client experience.
- Guide contractors and ensure quality standards are met.
