Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in Birmingham, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The CRO will lead revenue generation strategies, oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive lead generation initiatives. The role is focused on developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals, and building opportunities to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a track record of achieving growth and revenue objectives
- Strong background in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Expertise in Strategic Planning and the ability to craft and execute forward-looking business strategies
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and experience in optimizing processes to drive efficiency and performance
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in a senior revenue or sales leadership role is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
