Inside Sales Associate – Lake Forest, IL

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll participate in a 4-week paid training program, learn essential selling skills, and establish, cultivate, and build relationships with Grainger customers to grow revenue on a book of business through strategic sales opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Comfort spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone
• Experience with a customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
