We are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence across Superhuman’s lifecycle marketing engine, with a strong focus on both Lifecycle Marketing and our Managed Business. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth operations, ideally in a scaled SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth operations, ideally in a scaled SaaS environment
- Strong desire to lead as a senior individual contributor, influencing outcomes through expertise rather than people management
- Deep experience with email marketing platforms and automation (Iterable strongly preferred), including deliverability best practices
- Hands-on experience with marketing data pipelines and reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Databricks, Tableau, or similar tools to monitor and optimize performance
- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable lifecycle systems and processes across complex organizations
- Comfortable partnering deeply with Product, Growth, and Data teams in fast-moving environments
- Experience with in-product messaging, push notifications, or multi-channel lifecycle orchestration is a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling is a plus
- Interest in AI-powered products and the future of how people work
