Grandperspective is revolutionizing how industrial sites manage hazardous and greenhouse gases. Our patented scanfeld® system visualizes gas clouds and warns of leaks in real-time, making the world safer and cleaner.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our sales team in our Teltow office.
The Role
You won’t just be “admin.” You will work directly with C-level leadership and Sales to design scalable structures for our next growth phase. You will take ownership of:
- HubSpot CRM: acting as the key user to ensure data integrity and workflow optimization.
- Reporting: Creating dashboards (pipeline/forecasts) to provide actionable insights.
- Execution: Managing end-to-end invoicing and preparing contracts/proposals.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 1+ year in Sales Support, Sales Ops, or B2B admin roles.
- Bilingual: You are fluent in German AND English (Written & Spoken).
- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with HubSpot is a massive plus.
- Local: Willing to work from our Teltow office (near Berlin) at least 3 days a week.
