THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

We are currently recruiting for a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing business. You’ll be a pivotal part of our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, optimising and automating HubSpot across the entire product stack (CRM, Marketing, Sales, CMS) to grow our business faster and more efficiently.
Blending data driven insights, technical implementation, and an eye for detail – to build marketing and sales processes, whilst maintaining an up to date single source of truth CRM to grow our business.
You will report directly to the Vice President Growth Marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own, manage and optimise end to end marketing and sales processes in HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales and CMS).
- Ensure all CRM data is kept up to date, enriched, merged and deduplicated to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Support Go To Market campaigns through data analysis and process enhancements.
- Responsible for bridging the gaps between our sales and marketing technology stack, including Clay, Revenue Hero, Salesfinity, Smartlead, Heyreach and HubSpot.
- Support commercial leadership with reporting, turning business requirements into CRM processes, and gathering insights with quantifiable data.
- Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing teams through data sharing and process improvements.
- Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Working with the GTM Engineer to ensure all inbound and outbound programs are defined, documented, integrated, and reported on accurately.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
The right candidate will possess at least the following skills:
- Previous experience in a high growth preferably SaaS environment.
- Expert level proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales and CRM products.
- Process optimisation: A knack for streamlining processes and identifying inefficiencies in go to market and revenue operations.
- Strong communicator and ability to translate real business requirements into operational processes to improve our business.
- Attention to detail with data, ensuring that we are leaving no opportunities on the table, identifying gaps in our data/processes, and bringing better ways of working to our sales/marketing team.
- Cross-department communication: Strong interpersonal skills, (and, ideally someone who has worked in several departments throughout their career) as this role often serves as a bridge between sales, product and marketing.
