Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record in managing dealer networks and driving regional sales growth
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to link strategies to financial plans and effectively manage budgets
- Knowledge of business development, CRM, and Dealer software
