Role Overview
As Revenue Operations – Lead Generation Specialist, you will help improve how Eversports identifies, qualifies, and organises high-potential leads across markets like DACH, France, Spain, Italy and the Nordics. You will use HubSpot, market research, funnel insights, automations and AI-supported tools to turn data into clear actions, helping our teams focus on the right opportunities at the right time.
What You Will Do
Own and improve our lead generation engine across key European markets, find high-potential B2B opportunities through market research, data-driven prospecting and lead generation tools, improve how leads are qualified, segmented, and handed over to Sales, monitor HubSpot data, funnel performance and pipeline health to spot trends and growth opportunities, keep our CRM data clean, reliable and useful for Sales and Marketing reporting, test smarter workflows, automations and AI-supported tools to make lead generation more scalable, work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to turn insights into action.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development or a similar SaaS go-to-market role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce
- You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns and turning insights into clear next steps
- You understand lead management, pipeline processes and the value of clean CRM data
- You are proactive, structured and comfortable owning projects independently
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally
- You are curious about automations, AI-powered tools and smarter ways of working
- You are fluent in English
- A passion for sport, fitness or wellness is a big plus
