Role Overview
As the Revenue Enablement Specialist for North America, you’ll design, deliver and continuously improve enablement programmes that help our Sales and Customer Operations teams succeed throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Lead strategic enablement initiatives, own AI-First Enablement Programmes, build and launch commercial enablement programmes, deliver engaging enablement sessions, and use data and analytics to measure programme effectiveness.

Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, commercial training or a quota-carrying commercial role
- Proven experience leading, managing and delivering cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience using generative AI, AI-enabled tools or conversational intelligence platforms
- Communicates clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience working in SaaS, EdTech or a similar commercial environment
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness
