Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to be a strategic business partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering. This role will own key enablement initiatives, ensure customer-facing teams are ready to sell with the right messaging, and grow product knowledge platforms. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, program management, product marketing, or business operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization.
- Experience enabling on sales methodologies and skills frameworks.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
