Head of C&B, Reporting and Analytics

Greenvolt is seeking a visionary Head of People Analytics & Reporting to lead its global HR data strategy, ensuring data-driven workforce planning and support for strategic decision-making. The role involves setting the vision for analytics, overseeing reporting capabilities, and ensuring governance of HR data worldwide. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience in HR data and technology solutions, and global leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record (10+ years) in HR analytics, compensation strategy, or workforce planning
• Strong expertise in compensation design, HR data governance, and advanced analytics methodologies
• Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen
• Experience implementing HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• English C2 mandatory + Portuguese or Spanish
