Greif is seeking a Country Sales Manager for Vietnam. The role will support commercial activities in Vietnam and involves developing and executing the country’s sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue/profit targets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the country’s sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue/profit targets.
- Monitor industry and market trends to identify and penetrate new or underserved segments driving business growth.
- Set territory plans and account strategies; review and approve opportunity plans for top pursuits.
- Inspect pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and pricing decisions; intervene to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve escalations and deliver differentiated service.
- Oversee contract approvals, pricing guardrails, and compliance with governance policies.
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity and service levels with demand.
- Report performance and insights to Sales Leadership; propose actions to close gaps.
- Coordinate a Sales Representatives to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets and coach them on value selling, competitive positioning, and negotiation best practices.
- Manage talent processes including hiring, performance reviews, and development planning.
