Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Founding BD / GTM Lead based in Los Altos, CA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. In this role, you will lead business development efforts, identifying and securing growth opportunities through lead generation, partnerships, and customer engagement. You will conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish long-term relationships that drive growth. This is a dynamic founding team opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s trajectory.

  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Expertise in lead generation and identifying target markets
  • Customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a startup environment
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or GTM strategy roles
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience within tech or SaaS industries is a plus
