Sales Technology Project Manager – Financial Services

Role Overview

This role entails driving the engine between Sales and the Operations Technology team, owning a portfolio of concurrent projects, and keeping stakeholders informed. The project manager will build and run trackers, dashboards, and intake workflows in Smartsheet, ensuring project plans are clear, and stakeholders are kept in the loop.

What You Will Do

The project manager will plan and run projects end-to-end, build project plans, line up people, assign work, and drive projects to completion. They will also manage scope and schedule changes, track project health and delivery metrics, and keep documentation current.

Requirements

• 5+ years running projects in IT or the insurance industry
• Extensive experience in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience taking projects through the full SDLC
• Solid organization and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred
• Prior experience and working knowledge of the platforms this team touches (ticketing, CRM, telephony)
• Solid communications skills
• Ability to work with people and demonstrate empathy and flexibility
