Caradisiac is the leading French-language automotive information website.
In a context of acceleration and transformation, Groupe La Centrale wants to create a new chapter in its history by capitalizing on its brand and audience.
We are now over 250 employees participating in the evolution of our company, generating revenue of 80 million euros.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be the driving force behind optimizing processes related to revenue generation.
Your objective? Boost commercial performance by aligning Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams around a unified vision driven by data.
You will play a strategic and cross-functional role, at the heart of La Centrale’s digital transformation, identifying efficiency levers and activating them through modern tools and processes.
Your Missions
- Analyze commercial performance: identify friction points in the customer journey, understand conversion indicators, propose action plans.
- Optimize Revenue processes: map, improve and automate sales cycle steps to gain efficiency.
- Align teams: bridge marketing, sales and customer service to streamline collaboration and maximize customer value.
- Manage Sales & CRM tools: ensure data consistency, reporting reliability, and propose developments adapted to field needs.
- Participate in commercial strategy: provide analytical and operational vision to guide business decisions.
Your Profile
- Graduate from a top business or engineering school (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, ENPC, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, etc.).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an equivalent position (in a high business growth context), or management consulting (MBB, Big 4 strategy, specialized boutique) with strong appetite for top line and innovation topics.
- Sharp analytical capacity and comfort with numbers (Excel, Tableau or Power BI proficiency is a plus)
- Empathy, leadership, rigor and organization, but also creativity, with a results-oriented approach.
