This position will enable the successful candidate to be on the ground floor of building a marketing function to support the tremendous growth that Triad is experiencing. The Growth Marketing Manager will have a significant impact in supporting sales and operating teams in both selling TFS financial products and services and providing an outstanding customer experience.
The Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) reports to the Chief People Officer and will support the marketing and communications efforts to launch and drive mortgage offerings at Triad Financial Services (TFS). This position will manage the coordination and delivery of multiple brand and marketing activities for TFS. The GMM is responsible for planning and coordinating the development and execution of marketing programs to drive awareness, consideration and the purchase of TFS mortgage products and services. The GMM collaborates with national/regional sales managers, channels managers and outside agencies to develop marketing and advertising strategies and tactics to meet the product sales goals for mortgage products. Key Objectives
In addition to the ongoing job responsibilities of this position, the Growth Marketing Manager will be expected to accomplish the following objectives within the first 12 months. To do so, the GMM will demonstrate and ensure a high level of collaboration with the operations and IT departments.
Direct and complete web site re-design to better promote the Triad brand.
Promote and expand our new brand and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to promote our employment brand through the use or social media.
Work in close collaboration with the operations departments to enhance the Triad Financial Services reputation via online applications and tools.
Working as a stand-alone, hands-on marketing professional, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead the development of marketing collateral, direct and print marketing campaigns, value propositions, organizational design improvements. They will drive these and other activities that positively impact both Marketing, and Triad business goals, while advancing the TFS brand and the quality of the brand.
Maintain close relationships with sales and operations leaders to help identify business opportunities that improve revenue growth and competitive advantage.
Understands the “voice of the customer” and monitoring and compiling customer reviews via social media using reputation management applications, developing / executing customer-focused campaigns and tactics that provide competitive advantage.
Collaborates with the operations teams to measure and advance the customer experience.
Work closely with business partners in eCommerce, Cross-Sell Marketing, and Operations to enhance Online and Social marketing capabilities available to Business teams.
Optimize the media mix in campaigns to ensure integration between channels (dealers, manufacturers and investors). Consider all channels of communication and customer touch points including: TV/video, radio, print, outdoor, direct mail, email, website, mobile, online media, statement inserts and messages, outbound telemarketing and inbound call center.
Participate in the development of marketing strategies to maximize opportunities in the current high-value segments and newly developed service products.
Analyze program results, make recommendations for further improvement to senior leadership, and implement program enhancements.
Track, understand, and report on key marketing performance indicators on a regular basis.
Manage development and distribution of annual/quarterly reports, announcements.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.
Stay abreast of new marketing techniques/channels to determine their applicability to mortgage programs.
Monitor the competitive landscape and customer needs to identify threats to existing products, as well as, opportunities for future growth.
Complete post-analyses of marketing programs to monitor effectiveness in meeting goals and to gather learnings to inform the development of future programs.
5+ years broad and integrated marketing experience in mortgage financial services.
Knowledge of both traditional and digital mortgage marketing techniques; proven ability to report on marketing performance metrics.
Experience managing and leveraging website content to advance the brand and grow the customer base.
Strongly prefer previous experience using Hub Spot, as well as, overall CRM expertise.
Commitment and passion for delivering a premier customer experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively represent Triad at trade shows and with employee engagement activities.
Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with other teams; proficient problem-solving skills — solutions oriented.
Demonstrated capability to impact business results; strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze, interpret and provide targeted data summaries.
Proven conceptualization and implementation skills relating to new strategies.
Some travel will be required.
