Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads (Work From Home)

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads to build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for U.S.-based clients. Ideal for Filipino digital marketers with strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus a passion for data-driven performance marketing.

Requirements

• Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from scratch
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and ad sets
• Manage Google Ads channels (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video, etc.)
• Analyze ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other performance metrics
• Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, pacing problems, or performance drops
• Build reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs)
• Support creative testing and asset collection across cross-functional teams
• Conduct keyword research and optimize search term reports based on SEM best practices
• Collaborate daily via Slack, email, video calls, and PM tools
• Assist with competitive research and trend analysis
