Drive sales growth in the end-user market by identifying energy optimization opportunities, engaging customers on-site, and converting solutions into projects and aftersales agreement. Responsible for designated business area –End User Industry South Asia -Singapore.
Requirements
- Sales engagement, Resilient and results-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills with end users and stakeholders.
- Effective persuasion and influencing abilities to drive decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Good business and financial awareness (pricing, margins, value selling).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Expert in working with CRM and MS office, specifically Excel for analysing purposes.
- Achieve individual sales targets (orders, revenue, profitability) within assigned end-user market.
- Identify and develop end-user opportunities, focusing on energy optimization and system improvements.
- Proactively engage end user to generate leads and convert to opportunities into orders
- Grow aftermarket business, including service agreements, maintenance, and lifecycle solutions.
- Develop and present technical-commercial solutions and drive conversion to secure orders.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (service, engineering, customer service) to deliver solutions and enhance experience.
- Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool
- Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines
- Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
