Seeking a Business development, sales & Outreach Specialist to generate measurable growth in inbound funeral service calls through consistent institutional outreach.
Requirements
- Conduct 12–15 institutional visits per week
- Conduct 6 In-Service presentation meetings weekly
- Execute 2 engagement events per month
- Reactivate inactive institutional accounts
- Maintain structured weekly follow-up cadence
- Track all activity in CRM daily
- Drive measurable increase in inbound calls from assigned accounts
- Building relationships with hospitals, hospices, skilled nursing facilities, consulates, and community leaders
- Scheduling and conducting in-service presentations
- Representing the organization professionally in the field
- Developing new institutional accounts through proactive outreach
- Maintaining consistent visibility and presence in the community
- Creating referral momentum that converts into revenue
