Seeking a Business development, sales & Outreach Specialist to generate measurable growth in inbound funeral service calls through consistent institutional outreach.

Requirements

  • Conduct 12–15 institutional visits per week
  • Conduct 6 In-Service presentation meetings weekly
  • Execute 2 engagement events per month
  • Reactivate inactive institutional accounts
  • Maintain structured weekly follow-up cadence
  • Track all activity in CRM daily
  • Drive measurable increase in inbound calls from assigned accounts
  • Building relationships with hospitals, hospices, skilled nursing facilities, consulates, and community leaders
  • Scheduling and conducting in-service presentations
  • Representing the organization professionally in the field
  • Developing new institutional accounts through proactive outreach
  • Maintaining consistent visibility and presence in the community
  • Creating referral momentum that converts into revenue
