Requirements
- Foster strong partnerships with global and regional teams
- Identify, analyze, and translate brand, customer and market insights
- Leadership for the development of x-functional annual brand and operational plans
- Leading a team of multiple Brand Managers
- Responsibility for team leadership including individual development and talent management
- Close collaboration with regional sales leaders
- Insight generation on perception, effectiveness, market opportunities
- Forecasting including supply and required A&P/resources
- Planning of turnover, sales, and resources as well as monthly controlling
