The GTM Enablement Manager will partner with Sales & Customer Success leadership to define, execute and measure enablement programs that enhance team performance across the GTM organization. They will own onboarding & ramp performance across GTM teams, while supporting continuous learning and process adherence.
- Drive measurable improvement to onboarding, enablement and productivity KPIs
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hire ramp
- Develop and execute continuous learning programs
- Provide communications and training to support key initiatives
- Design and implement tools like call libraries and playbooks
- Accelerate rep ramp and optimize their productivity
- Partner with GTM and RevOps to develop enablement strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of enablement background in B2B, SaaS environment
- Previous experience in Sales, SDR, Account Management or CS
- Excel at program design, development and delivery
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across teams
- Proficient in high-velocity sales motions and GTM dynamics
- Effective project manager with strong communication skills
