Growth agency seeking a self-driven GTM Engineer to own our enterprise sales intelligence and outbound operations. Looking for someone with technical expertise, professional polish, and excellent client communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing 3-5 clients autonomously with minimal oversight
- Ideating on new campaigns, revenue automation, and sales intelligence opportunities through client workshops
- Managing data enrichment/normalization and outbound campaigns
- Configuring integrations between GTM systems (CRMs, outbound tools, etc.)
Compensation
- Full-time, month-to-month, fully remote
- Contract (potential FTE within 3 months)
- $5,000-$7,500/month depending on qualifications
- $60K-$90K annually if converted to FTE
Must-haves
- 1+ years using Clay with proven client-facing success
- Experience with outbound tools (Lemlist, ColdIQ, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
- 2+ years direct client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Track record leading multiple client projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in cold outbound campaigns
- Self-starter mentality who delivers without micromanagement
Nice-to-haves
- API/webhook expertise
- Experience with emerging GTM tools (Trigify, Sendspark, etc.)
- AI/prompt engineering capabilities
- Proficiency with Make.com/Zapier for custom workflows
- Copywriting, email infrastructure, CRM or SQL experience
