GTM Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. As a GTM Engineer at Lokalise, you’ll build AI-powered workflows that make enablement operational—embedded directly into our revenue systems rather than delivered through training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales engineering or architecture at a fast-moving company
• Expertise in orchestrating the modern GTM stack (e.g., Clay, n8n, Make, Salesforce) to build automated, high-leverage workflows
• Experience building AI-native workflows or autonomous agents (using tools like Dust, Relevance AI, or OpenAI APIs) that support the full customer lifecycle—from sales pipelines to post-sale ops
• Excitement about the potential of AI to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more automated
