GTM Engineer – Sales-Led

DealHub is looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer with strong business and technical skills. You will serve as a strategic post-sale partner to customers and build deep knowledge of DealHub & Revpath Products to deliver on customers’ key business priorities.

As a GTM Engineer, you will implement, configure, and support the DealHub DealStack, CPQ, and RevPath Billing products for our customers. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Support teams to ensure projects are completed on time and our customers are successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure DealHub CPQ and Billing products for customers
  • Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Create and manage project plans to achieve implementation milestones
  • Develop and test configurations and workflows based on customer requirements
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support to customers
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators
  • Collaborate with DealHub’s product and engineering teams to provide feedback for product improvements

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
