About the Role

We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Industry Lead to drive our GTM strategy and execution for our High Growth Industries (HGIs) segment across global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a customer-focused GTM strategy that will ensure we are meeting the strategic needs of our key growth verticals.

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute integrated campaigns that position us as a trusted advisor and drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead GTM strategy for High Growth Industries (startups, tech, health tech, fintech, etc.) driving increased market penetration.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to tailor messaging and positioning for industry-specific pain points and use cases.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to execute account-based strategies and drive industry-specific engagement.
  • Establish deep understanding of customer personas, buying centers, and industry trends to inform campaign strategy.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and optimize efforts in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams.
  • Serve as industry spokesperson through webinars, panels, and byline content (as needed).

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in industry marketing or vertical-based strategy roles.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience marketing in/for high growth industries is a plus.
