Salient Group is partnering with a scaling Cloud-Native Treasury SaaS Solutions firm to hire a GTM Sales Manager to help build their business in the region.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients among firms handling LC transactions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and outreach strategies to build early traction in the region.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, pitching, and proposal to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Build brand visibility through networking, referrals, and participation in relevant events.
- Understand each client’s LC documentation workflow to recommend tailored service or system solutions.
- Maintain close communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve offerings based on client use cases.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of SaaS Solution Sales Experience
- Prior experience in Workflow Automation/Treasury SaaS is a plus
- Track Record in New Logo Acquisition
- Entrepreneurial and passionate in building your own sales empire
- Experience in trade services, logistics, or document processing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Fields
