As the GTM & Sales Operations Lead, you will drive and scale our GTM operations. This is a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class operation, working directly with the CRO and cross-functional leaders across the Revenue Organization.
Areas of ownership include sales ops, enablement, playbooks, programs, metrics/reporting, pipeline, tech stack and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and revenue forecasting, reporting and goal setting
- Improve operational effectiveness of GTM teams, developing scalable processes and best practices around sales programs, pipelines, lead routing, account scoring, service levels and reporting
- Develop animations around key metrics and trends, providing actionable insights to leadership to inform business decisions
- Own tech stack and ongoing hygiene -evaluate, optimize workflows and implement improvements
- Drive rep productivity – partnering with marketing, RevOps, CS, product & other cross-functional teams to remove inefficiencies and create effective playbooks
- Design and implement sales incentive programs that drive results
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics
- Partner cross-functionally across the organization to support GTM initiatives and reporting needs
- Drive onboarding programs and best practice enablement for sales reps
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations on a high-performing GTM team
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other Rev tech tools (Outreach, Gong, Clari, LeanData, Hubspot, DemandBase, Orum, MadKudu or similar)
- Excel/Google Sheets & data experience required, experience with BI tools a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly process-oriented, structured thinker – attention to detail is critical
- Proven ability to influence and drive results cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
- A strong track record of ownership and delivering results
