We are looking for a strategic and data-driven GTM Strategy & Analytics Lead to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our Go-to-Market strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize our go-to-market approach, including territory design, segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to GTM leaders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define KPIs, set targets, and monitor progress against goals.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with RevOps and Data teams to improve data quality, pipeline predictability, and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning processes including OKRs, capacity models, and financial planning inputs.
- Build business cases for new investments and analyze the impact of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Sales Strategy, BizOps, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar).
- Proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
